Safety, Emergency, and Enterprise Risk Management (SEERM) provides leadership and education to promote and sustain a safe and healthful environment for our community to learn, work, live, and thrive. We serve the university by managing health, safety, environmental, emergency and risk management programs in collaboration with our partners and stakeholders.

By delivering exceptional customer service and continually improving upon best practices we will establish ourselves as a nationally recognized model for safety, emergency and enterprise risk management programs. We will hold ourselves accountable to the highest ethical and professional standards. We will minimize harm to life, the environment, or property and achieve full regulatory compliance through the university-wide safety culture we foster in collaboration with internal and external partners.
