Thank you for your interest in volunteering your time as a vaccinator at Mason’s vaccination clinics! There are a few steps to becoming certified to administer the COVID-19 vaccine at Mason’s clinics. The process is outlined below.
Step One: Complete the intake form
This form helps us get to know you, your background, general availability, and qualifications. To get started, please complete the form at this link. Please have your NPI number ready to enter while completing this form.
Step Two: Complete Required Training
Following your completion of the form, our team will respond to you with more information on how to complete required training to become a certified vaccinator.
Step Three: Sign-up to vaccinate!
Following your completion of the training, you’ll then be invited to schedule a shift at an upcoming vaccine clinic.
